    The company name is changed to'Wittwer-Bär Immobilien AG' and the subsidiary INDUCTA AG is established to operational business
  • Uhrenfabrik Wittwer-Bär AG 2009
    The company changes it name to Uhrenfabrik Wittwer-Bär AG
  • Wittwer-Bär AG 1988
    The clock factory 'Wittwer-Bär AG' is founded
  • Inducta Product Line 1962
    Turmuhren Fabrik A. Bär, takes over the Inducta product line from Landis and Gyr (who also own Magneta clocks)
  • Landis and Gyr: Inducta 1919
    Landis & Gyr (Zug, Switzerland) initially produced electricity meters but by 1919 it was also using central clock systems. These ensured that the same time prevailed on all floors and in all departments in large companies, schools and hospitals – this simultaneity was important for synchronous work in the industrial age.
