Shipping FAQ

How long will it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping.

For custom orders: The processing time will vary on a case-by-case basis. An estimation will be provided during the ordering process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Will my parcel include tracking?

Yes. We send all parcels tracked and insured via Swiss Post from Switzerland. You will receive your tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

What’s estimated delivery time?

Domestic 1-2 working days *within Switzerland

Within Europe 2-4 working days

Internationally 5-10 working days

Note - Shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections, strikes, extreme weather etc, which can sometimes lead to minor delays.

What about custom duties and taxes?

Shipments within Europe and Internationally may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

What happens if my parcel goes AWOL?

In our experience it’s very rare for packages to get lost these days, but mistakes do happen.

Please reach out to us - hello@veeb.ch and we'll initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

What if my parcel is damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged items & packaging, then contact the team at hello@veeb.ch and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
