Can I return my item?

You didn’t love your item?

  • You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging

  • Custom-made items are generally non-returnable, except in cases where they arrive damaged upon delivery

Technical fault?

Sometimes software just needs a head-stroke and an update, and on rare occasions hardware misbehaves.

How do I return my goods?

To initiate a return, please contact the team at hello@veeb.ch

  • Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return

  • Our team will guide you through the return process, including instructions for return shipping

When will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds will be initiated once we receive the returned goods

  • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process

  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method

Who covers the Shipping cost?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure it arrives safely

  • In the event of a return due to a technical fault that cannot be resolved, VEEB Projects will cover the return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective?

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and the packaging, then contact the team at hello@veeb.ch and we'll work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
