1st Gen iPod in 2024

I’m a great believer in that at any time, you should look back at what you did a year ago and think ‘that’s a bit rubbish’.

I also enjoying people telling me “tHaT bAtTeRy CaN’t Be WoRkInG bEcAuSe PhYsIcS”. With those two things in mind, here’s the second edition of the 2001 iPod health check. We’ll make one every year that it keeps working.

The good news is that it makes the old video look a bit rubbish. The sound is better, the video is clearer, and the music is much improved. The iPod is almost 23, which is ancient in tech years (3 years older than Facebook).
